Privacy at AllApply

AllApply stores the information you add to your private workspace: job applications, notes, statuses, deadlines and job-related emails that you intentionally forward to the AllApply forwarding address.

What we collect

Your sign-in email and display name, the application records you create, and the content and metadata of emails you choose to forward. We do not ask for access to your personal mailbox.

How it is used

The data is used only to provide your workspace, match recruiter messages to applications and suggest status changes or next actions. Suggested changes require your confirmation.

Private beta limitations

This is an early test version. Do not forward identity documents, financial information or unrelated sensitive correspondence. Deletion and data-export controls will be expanded before a general release.

Who operates the beta

AllApply is currently an independent product project, not an incorporated company. The project owner acts as the data controller for this limited private beta.
